PAYMENT POLICY

To continue providing the exceptional service and experience you expect at Lux Hair Bar, a 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.



Guests who wish to avoid this fee are welcome to pay with cash, which does not incur a processing charge.

By scheduling an appointment with Lux Hair Bar, you acknowledge and accept this payment policy. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our team before your appointment.

SALON ETIQUETTE AND GUIDE

CONSULTATIONS- When talking with our front desk coordinators they will guide you to scheduling the correct appointment. Sometimes we may ask to setup a 15 minute consultation prior to scheduled appointment just to ensure the correct appointment is booked. FREE OF CHARGE.

HOW TO ARRIVE- We ask that you come with clean or no more than 3 day old hair that is DRY. All the inspiration pictures, and always feel free to bring your favorite snacks or drink to enjoy during your appointment. Upon arrival you will be asked if you'd like our complimentary Aveda hot herbal tea, water, or coffee. You will also receive a new client gift bag.

 ETIQUETTE- We love your kids! But if they do not have an appointment with us please leave them at home. If you're running late, please call ahead. We have a 15 minute window for each appointment. After that, we ask you to reschedule.

Please bring earbuds to ensure you can talk on the phone, play games, and watch videos without disrupting others. Make sure to set your phone to vibrate and turn off all alarms before coming in.

NEW CLIENTS

We require all new clients to call the store at 859-296-4247 to book their first appointment! Read our cancellation policy carefully before booking. Please refrain from bringing children to the salon unless they are scheduled for a service.
